Acceptance

These terms are between you and Word Run, the publisher of the Word Run app and of this website. By downloading or playing the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You may download Word Run if the Apple App Store offers it to you. You are responsible for following the rules of the Apple account you use.

Game access

The app is licensed, not sold. You may use it on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's usage rules. You may not copy the app except as those rules allow. Word Run may update the app or stop offering a version of it.

Virtual currency

The app as described here has no virtual currency.

In-app purchases

If the app offers a purchase, Apple processes the payment. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's terms. Word Run does not receive your card number.

User conduct

Do not misuse the app, interfere with someone else's game, or try to break the App Store or Game Center. Word Run may refuse support for a copy of the app that has been modified.

Intellectual property

The Word Run name, logo, and game belong to Word Run. You may not copy the app, resell it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Updates

We may update these terms by changing this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms where the law allows that. The app itself may also be updated through the App Store.

Service availability

The app and this website are provided as they are available. We do not promise that they will be available at all times, or that progress stored on your device will survive a lost or erased device.

Disclaimers

Apple is not the publisher of Word Run and is not responsible for the app, its content, or support for it. If the app fails a warranty that the law requires, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app itself. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty for the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

If a custom end user license agreement is not uploaded in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies: Apple's standard EULA.

Limitation of liability

Where the law allows, Word Run is not liable for lost progress, lost time, or other indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Word Run at any time by deleting the app. We may end support for a copy of the app that has been modified or that breaks these terms.
